Merrydale ID SYSTEM OVERVIEW

The Identification and Membership (IaM) MSJ-CCAN ID System is the official membership registration for homeowner-members of the MERRYDALE HOMES AT ST. JOSEPH CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION OF ACTION - ORIENTED NEIGHBORS (MSJ-CCAN). This gives members access to MSJ-CCAN’s online portal, powered by Buyani, an innovations platform for community solutions.

MSJ-CCAN understands the importance of technology and has partnered with Buyani to offer a digital ID and online platform. This allows users to stay connected and enjoy special privileges only available to MSJ-CCAN members. Upon registration, homeowners and their residents will be issued a digital ID and access to their online dashboard.

This dashboard will allow them to view their accounts online and receive Condominium Corporation updates, and even add/remove authorized household members. Upon approval of registration, members and their authorized residents may apply for IaM MSJ-CCAN key card that will grant access to your respective tower gates with an automated tap-in system to improve the security in our community.

In the future, registered members may also make and track service requests, apply for gate passes and stickers, ask for Certificates of Residency, and more. Sign up now!

Quick Registration Guide

Step 1

Visit www.msj-ccan.com and click MSJ-CCAN ID Registration for members sign-up.

Step 2

Choose your Registration Type:

Existing Member

Original homeowner who is currently residing in Merrydale.

New Member

Incoming resident

Change of Ownership

Second/succeeding buyer

Step 3

Depending on your registration type, attach the required documents for MSJ-CCAN admin validation and approval. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number for confirmation.

Step 4

To access the account, approved applicants will receive an Email and SMS notification within 3 business days with auto-generated log in credentials. Please check your spam folder.

Step 5

Members will be required to change their credentials upon initial log in.

Step 6

After successful registration, members may now print their ID and access other services through their online dashboard. Features under development include request for gate passes, car stickers, Certificate of Residency and filing of service request.
